The Fishnet Senior Sack Program

Started in 2002, the Fishnet Senior Sack Program is dedicated to reaching out to seniors and shut-ins in the Jacksonville, Arkansas area and beyond. Senior Sacks ready to go.
Currently over 450 Senior sacks are prepared each week for distribution to seniors and shut-ins by volunteers on Tuesday and Thursday. Sacks contain 5 - 7 non-perishable food items such as canned fruit and vegetables, tuna or chicken, pasta or rice, and other items available at the time. Sack Contents
Volunteers then deliver the Senior Sacks to Senior Centers, housing, and individual homes. Some are delivered each week, some are delivered each month, depending upon the policies of the places we deliver to. Volunteers
A treasured part of Fishnet Ministries, the Senior Sack program helps to supplement the budget of those on a fixed income. Fishnet Logo
